Dear Lord.

If this is the same S. M. Lockridge who was Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in San Diego in the 60’s and 70’s–that was my mother, Bobbye Watkins’ church when I was coming up.

Even if it is a different person, it still gives me chills, hope, and a charge.

Thank you, Lord.

Update: it is my Dr. Lockridge! He baptized me when I was seven.
