Sometimes I struggle to ask questions that will be difficult for the listener to hear. I struggle not to soften the question so much that the meaning ends up not being clear. I am working on more clear and direct communication. Also, there are times, particularly when I am angry because I see someone mistreating another or disrespecting this space, I struggle not to be sharp.
