Our strong expectation is that you will post your own reflections on the material provided, and that you will also reply to the comments of at least two others. This is what we refer to as our “New Norms,” and we have seen a remarkable deepening of the quality of engagement and community here since implementing them. They really do make a significant difference to your growth in this space, and your reflexive ability to lessen and mitigate the harm you can cause.
