Confession: I never read “Lean in”; I was pretty sure that Ms. Sandberg was not speaking to me, a working class (middle class if you squint) black woman, and that her suggestions were aimed at another cohort altogether.

I would bet that at least some of have. What are your thoughts re the book five years later, particularly considering the book through the additional lens of race as well as gender?
