Well, to everyone really, but particularly to these two groups:

In the last few months we have grown greatly from Saira Rao, and now, from these last few weeks, from NPHH.

We’re glad you’re here.

Can’t help but notice though, there is distinct lack of engagement from most of you.

Kind candor: it’s not enough to just click ‘like page’ and think your work is done. It is not.

It’s also not enough to lurk.

You gotta do the work.

Particularly to you folks from NPHH. I assume you are here because you saw the dynamics and the harm from a week or so ago, and you want to do better for yourself and for your orgs.

Welp.

You won’t do that absent engagement. So it begs the question of just how serious you all are.

Let’s start a dialoge here, specifically for NPHH and the new people from Saira, but also for everyone.
