I love her and admire her and emulate her.

The week I started wearing hair full time, I found her.

If you have told me almost 10 years ago that I would be able to completely shed the shame and stigma of wearing wigs to the point where I talk about my wigs in my videos at Lace on Race, and that I would be so open about it in my personal life and as a (very minor) public figure, I would have laughed at you.

But it’s true oh, and the reason I have had this courage is because of this woman.
