I haven’t spoken very much about my getting vaccinated because I feel very uncomfortable that it might seem like I’m bragging or that I’m buying into or contributing to the strata between those who are and those who are not vaccinated yet.

But I think this is an important point to make.

I will continue to wear my mask.

For exactly the reasons given below.

I realize that most of the people that needed the vaccinations most and *needed the vaccinations first* are among the cohort of those still not vaccinated, and that they run a real risk of becoming pariahs not because of anything they have done but because of the national dynamic that the whole vaccination scene has perpetuated.
