I am tickled at all the changes that are coming to the website!

We will be doing most of the unveiling right around my birthday in the middle of August!

But we absolutely assure you that the core stays the same; eyes fixed on the North Star, deep abiding relational ethics oh, and the tools and the support for you to take it outside and grow in and up and out.

And of course, my mug with the WOTD (Wig Of The Day. Heh.)!

If you haven’t registered yet, now is the perfect time! We are indeed making a concerted effort to do what we have been talking about for months now: migrating to the website oh, and yes, that *will* mean a reduced presence on Facebook.

Yes. There are reasons. Good ones. We deeply feel that our ethos, Praxis, and Method, All of which are included under the umbrella of Northstar full respect living are best lived out in a space not controlled buy a platform that is not always been affirming or amenable to us.

As well, the events of this past February, reverberations of which we still indeed feel, demand that we provide a level a safety for our community members in a manner that is simply impossible to do here in this space.

As well, while we have talked about 10,000 followers and subscribers and people who like our page and our content, the fact is, that a painfully vast majority of you do not *truly* walk with us.

Consider February.

Telling the truth about all of this on every axis-our telling the truth to ourselves about how many people *are* truly doing the work with Relentless reliability, telling the truth to you all about the toll your absence and intermittency can take, your telling the truth to us about if you’re truly ready to get in the car and go the distance with Lor, and, finally and crucially, your telling the truth to yourself about what you want to do, what you can do, and what you’re willing to do; in short, to bring her capacity, volition, and agency into relationship with Lor is in deep service to North Star in a way that staring in the stands staring back at 1000 silent, intermittent, sporadic, indifferent, or actually (as we have sadly seen) overtly or covertly hostile spectators can and will never be.

The so-called Black Spring of 2020 did not prove to be at all durable. We feel that our method and our way of doing community and deep Hesed love is one way to pick up the threads and move forward with resilience and resolve.

Eye to eye, shoulder to shoulder, we invite you to lace up and strap in.

Or not.

But no more passive spectating. That, to me, is a form of passive violence. And in this new iteration, that cannot stand.
