Hey everybody.

After our last 15 months of experience with trolls, we have adopted a no tolerance policy.

That is not at all out of alignment with our community ethos nor is it in opposition to our Guidelines.

I have a responsibility as Executive Director, as does my Leadership Team, to keep the space as safe-ish as possible.

We rarely take action to ban or to block, but we have collectively decided that we will not abide with those who would damage the integrity of the space.
