Consider the flip. Which we really don’t want to do. It’s easy, too easy, to consider the good that we can do but the other side, the shadow side, the cautionary tale, is that we can harm and visit violence as easily oh, more easily actually, then we can be a cooling balm. One casual Barbed tongue, one offhand comment, one side door affront can affect a life forever. Every day, every moment is a choice. Will you bind wounds or will you make them? You are either a corrective experience or you are secondary trauma. And yes, it really is that binary. Reflect and discuss.
