Nobody loves their job more than I.

For my Leadership Team, absolutely.

But also for all of you.

The work I ask of you is neither easy nor quick. It is costly and demanding. I am well aware of this.

But.

That so many of you strap on your relational toolbelts and lace on your walking shoes makes my heart sing. It balms my aching back and puts spring in each step I am privileged to trod with each of you.

Count it *all* joy.
