Re running.

I was serious about this being A) Required, and seeing 100 comments and responses.

*Required* Confront, reflect, comment, and respond.

Regarding your racial justice learning: What have you *consistently applied* over the last year? Where have you been inconsistent and or intermittent? What have you disregarded altogether?

This is so incredibly important. If you are here in the space, the assumption is that application is key. Both internal work and external Praxis. If all you’ve done is scroll and roll oh, this is been a wasted and futile exercise.

Of course I have thoughts. This has been a year of many lessons for me, and I will share them.

But first I want to hear from you. I want no fewer than 100 comments on this post.
