Choose to believe black women when they tell you you are visiting violence. Believe them *the first time.*

Not only after a white person intervenes and interprets and softens.

Violence.

Not harm. Not for fragility. Violence.

Choose to be a person who cherishes black women, and choose to be a person black women can rest in and trust in.

This is anti-racism work. This is the work.
