Hey Community:

Yes, we’re seeing lots of unfortunate Behavior including deletions and blocking.

If you think things are going to go sideways, start screenshotting.

It hasn’t been that many, but it’s enough.

It’s in opposition to our guidelines, and it is a disavowal of responsibility on the part of the Bad actors.

Err on the side of conservatism, and, based upon the behavior we’ve seen in the last 24 hours or so, assume that they will and then make your discernment accordingly.

It is disheartening, though not at all surprising, to see the painfully low quality and level of discourse that we have seen in the last few days. You would think that they would have ensured that their positions would have been advanced by those who could do so competently, but that’s not what we’ve seen.

It’s been instructive, but it’s also been grating.

I will say this, it makes me all the more grateful and fortunate to have those of you who are indeed walking with Integrity in this space.

So be prepared. Having these people here muddying up our living room is the new normal at least for a while. We need to be right there with brooms and Lysol. Because they surely are not going to clean up their own messes.
