**DIRECT ACTION – TO PARTICIPATE, YOU MUST ACT BY END OF DAY ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 1 (end of your day, any time zone)
Community ~ some of you saw in Lace’s video last night (linked below) that there is a direct action underway to send letters to the schools where Jim Golden and Kate Miller teach. If you want to sign these letters, please fill out the form (also linked) below. The form allows you to enter your contact information. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN COPIES OF THE LETTERS.
Once you fill out the form, you will receive an email from me via DocuSign. You will have an opportunity to read the letters before you sign them. However, we cannot give a community of thousands editing rights to these letters or they would never go out. I can’t imagine any of you will read anything in there that goes against your conscience but if for some reason, after you read the letters, you feel you cannot sign, just let me know and I can remove your name. PLEASE DO NOT DECLINE THE DOCUMENT IN DOCUSIGN or we will have to resend to that entire group. Please just let us know if you feel you cannot sign. (yes, this has happened twice already)
Otherwise the process looks like this: 1) fill out the form attached here; 2) look for an email from me via DocuSign; 3) read the letters; 4) sign the letters. You do not have to have a printer or scanner to participate. You will be able to sign electronically.
