We do not lightly ban individuals in this space. While considering the last three days (and the insistence of an individual to not leave this space which has always been opt in/opt out), we did indeed resort to banning. There are several threads and conversations now that are lacking a lot of context. If you desire screenshots of those conversations, we do have them or can obtain them. Our approach is always relational until repeated harassment occurs. As always, any individual can message us at any time to have a ban removed if they are willing to engage in community following our relational ethics guidelines. We do not hide the purpose of the page, the guidelines for engagement, or our expectations from anyone. If anyone needs further explanation, we are happy to provide it. At this point, our staff is unable to continue putting significant hours of labor into monitoring an individual determined to lash out in multiple locations. Thank you, and keep walking.
