You gotta love (and feel for!) our admin team here at Lace on Race.

Can you imagine trying to keep me in line and on deadline? Pore over newsletter copy? Research obscure factoids so I stay on point? Respond to private messages in a voice that complements my own?

Welp. That’s exactly what they do. As well as love and succor me.

Seriously–can you imagine this gig? They get to hear me whine, and wield a red pen on my excesses, and walk with this community, *and me*, in ways that model kind candor, reliability, and resilience in a day in day out relentless and loving way?

I can say this, after spending hours with them here on the boards and in our chats–they love this group, and you all, individually and collectively, every inch as much as I do.

When they do Housekeeping, or Asks, or engage with you, they have my backing, my blessing, and my gratitude.

They only way I can do my front end work–research, writing, working in spaces other than this one, is with them.

And the only way they can do their jobs is with your support and your backing.

Thank them. More importantly, heed them.
