I have resisted writing guidelines for engagement. We may need them though, to maintain the integrity of the group. What happened this morning was not ok.

I am inviting suggestions. Outside of the obvious ‘for the love of Mike, do not delete’, what other shared values should we all embody? Should we ask people to agree to them before they post?
