Strength for the journey–and exhortation too.

And I will rest, even as I walk.

I am the woman I am because others kept walking 40, 50, 60, a hundred years ago.

Find your balance. Rest when you need to.

But don’t don’t get too settled.

Mind the thin bright line between self care and privileged self indulgence.

We are walking for people we will never see, who will never know us, yet still depend upon us.

Rest. Don’t remove yourself.

Find balance. But don’t bail.
