Welp.

A lot of lessons learned this week.

One, that this community we are creating is on the right path.

The (maybe more than a) kerfluffle from this weekend brought out the best in us.

It will not be the last, but this portends well for us.

Those of you who have known me outside of this new space know one of the things I say, to the point, almost, of reduncancy, is that how we do what we do, and who we are while we’re doing it, is as important–actually, even more important, than the programs we push, or of the policies we endorse.

Never more true than in this space.
