The virtuoso who also gave us Black Radio and Black Radio II.

When his album, Canvas, came out in 2005, I thought that was a platonically ideal version of what he was able to do, and was so surprised that one of his first albums, if not the first, seem to be his Magnum Opus.

I am so happy to have been wrong.

He has just gotten better and better and more and more fearless.
