Every month, when I approach the Beloved Community with an Invitation to Engagement, I am reminded of all the blessings we have accrued and the people who we have touched–and who have touched and changed us as well.

Every day I open my laptop, or abide out in the community, or slick on a lip to prepare for a video, or take a Zoom call, I re-remember how I have been blessed to serve.

Every minute, I re-commit to my charge and my call.

So, yes, absolutely: I am beyond grateful for all of you who partner with us so we can continue doing this work that is so much more than work.

Sustainers, this is your monthly reminder–and thank you in advance.

For those who are contemplating tangible engagement–perhaps for the first time, I hope you have found us engaging, informative, and galvanizing.

It is true: we cannot do this work without you.
