When I first encountered this amazing video, my thoughts when immediately to my own physical therapist, who, along with his amazing team here in San Diego, has walked with me and gotten me stronger and stronger since I took a nasty fall four years ago that put me on a cane.

After not even 5 sessions, I threw that cane away and have never looked back.

It is amazing what a person can do when someone believes in them.

So okay, aside from the obvious feels that you are no doubt going to get from watching this video, I have a query.

Beyond the stipulated, which I just outlined, why do you think I am sharing this with you?
